My process is 7 steps hassle free

First Contact

By taking time to answer a few brief questions, we will be able to establish an understanding of your finance requirements and arrange a convenient time to meet.

Needs Analysis

It is time for us all to meet and get comfortable, discuss your needs, objectives and key requirements in detail. At this stage, we also collect copies of any relevant documents required for your application.

Investigation

Within days of conducting a detailed analysis of your information, I will report back to you with my findings.

Depending on your request this may include your borrowing capacity, associated costs with a purchase, loan comparison reports and finance structures.

What’s Best For You

This is the fun bit. Researching in detail our vast lender panel I will recommend a finance solution specific to your personal circumstance.

From here we will discuss in detail, the pro’s and con’s of each product before making your decision.

Time To Sign

We arrange a time to meet with you to sign the loan application. We then submit the application along with all supporting documentation to your chosen lender. Our friendly office staff will keep you up to date with your application progress.

Settlement

Now is the time to ‘rest easy’ knowing that every stage of your home loan application has been managed by us, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
